It was great stay, I thoroughly enjoyed high quality food.
The location was great and brilliant for exploring San Francisco. Btw, the airport was 25 km away. The room was luxurious and since it had a pillow-top mattress I slept like a baby. Had nice facilities like well enough space and coffee.

Amazing honeymoon upgrade!
Our check-in was super friendly with Ricky, who upgraded us when he heard it was our honeymoon. Our room had an very nice view and was cozy. The bar had great drinks, and Alaina was awesome, sharing wine tips and local spots. Just wish there were more options for breakfast.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Very diligent in concierge to advise you ? about walks and places to visit. Nearby there are several very good restaurants at acceptable prices. Also the shops and businesses in the vicinity are varied and excellent. the hotel's breakfast is very expensive and next door there is a Starbucks and a block and a half on the sidewalk of Macy's there is a place called Boudin with excellent bread for breakfast. You can walk to Market St and pass by the Westfield mall, then walk to the bay and you'll find a Ghirardelli's place with chocolates in all their forms, including iced drinks, and if you keep walking you'll reach the Ferry Market, worth a visit. Finally the hotel is very close to Union Square, near which the cable cars leave to the fishermen's pier, a real attraction. We enjoyed San Francisco very much.
You see people in street condition, begging, which indicates that even in cities as rich as SF this not easy topic is not well treated. However, none of them present a security risk.

We stayed at the Imperial Room, which included free wi-fi connection, on the 22nd floor. Great views over the city, huge bathroom and a very comfortable room. Conveniently situated nearby Union Square, excellent breakfast with some Japanese dishes and very helpful staff.

The staff were very helpful & the hotel was extremely comfortable & clean.
The only thing i could fault was that the sheer drapes in the room were damaged & split.

Perfect for couples getaway
The hotel's beautiful marble lobby was like stepping into a different world, just stunning. I can't forget that corner room with those floor-to-ceiling windows, felt like I was living in luxury for a couple of nights.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know what? It was worth it.

The location was great, the rooms were very nice and quite comfy.
The service was lousy. The hotel was pricey, that's San Francisco, but nothing was included in the room! To use the gym or pool cost extra, to use the Wifi cost $16! Breakfast not included. I half expected to be charged $3 to ride the elevator.

I liked the view of the room and the large bathroom.
Parking was too expensive. Interior of the room a littl dated but very good value for money.
